Install

  1. Unzip the download and move Activity Bulb.app to Applications.
  2. Open it once. It starts at login.
  3. Use its Dock menu to enable Accessibility when prompted.

What it monitors

The connected source is shown on the icon. ChatGPT background and cloud chats are not connected. Waiting detection covers supported input requests and approval controls.

Local event-to-redraw tests measured 0.66 to 4.47 ms. Full app-to-screen latency below 100 ms remains unverified.

Activity Bulb reads local status records and exposed app controls. It does not send chat data to a server. This download site can produce hosting access logs. Independent app; not affiliated with OpenAI.
